When can I start using Club Flow?

We're getting ready to launch. Register your interest below and we'll email you as soon as you can sign up.

Are there really no tiers?

Really. There's one plan, priced per site, and it includes every feature. When we release something new, you get it too.

What does "per site" mean?

A site is a physical location. If you run two gyms, that's two sites, and each one includes everything.

Are there any other fees?

The £29.99 monthly price per site is exclusive of VAT, which is charged at the standard UK rate. Member payments are processed by GoCardless (Direct Debit) or Stripe (card), and a per-transaction fee applies to each payment. We'll show every fee clearly before you sign up.

Is Club Flow only for gyms?

We're starting with gyms, but Club Flow works for any club with members, memberships and a timetable, including studios and martial arts clubs.

We need something you don't do yet. Can you help?

Probably. Tell us what you need when you register. If it's crucial to running your club, we'll talk it through with you.
